Dr. Basant Agarwal
Dr. Agarwal works as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Central University of Rajasthan, India. His research interests include the vast area of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing. Prior to this, Dr. Agarwal was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota (IIIT-Kota), India, which is an Institute of National Importance.
Dr. Agarwal holds M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur, India.


Dr. Priyanka Harjule
Dr. Harjule works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur, India. Her research domain is the extended field of Applied Mathematics that include Computational Statistics, Machine Learning, and Fractional Calculus. Some of her recent research work includes the development of fractional derivative filters for medical image texture enhancement and analysis.
Dr. Harjule has published around 30 research papers in reputed journals and conferences. Before joining MNIT Jaipur, Dr. Harjule worked at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota (IIIT-Kota) as an Assistant Professor for two years.
Shubhrojit Misra
Shubhrojit Misra works as a Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota (IIIT Kota), India, and manages the operations of the e-LDA Lab under the supervision of Dr. Basant Agarwal.
Mr. Misra received his M.Tech. degree from the Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering of Jadavpur University, India, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Amit Konar. His research interests include the broad domain of Machine Learning applications in the fields of Computational Neuroscience, Brain-Computer Interfaces, Natural Language Processing, and the Internet of Things.

Our Campus Family

Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota (IIIT Kota) is an Institute of National Importance. IIIT Kota is a joint venture of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India, and Govt. of Rajasthan with Industry Partners in Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) mode. IIIT Kota was established in 2013. Currently, the institute is mentored by MNIT Jaipur. The institute is governed by eminent personalities of the Government, Industry, and Academia. Currently, we offer B.Tech programs in the disciplines of Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
